Medical Health Insurance

Medical health insurance is required of all students at Myers University. The student may contact a private medical insurance of his/her choice. Medical insurance is available to domestic and international students through Sentry Life Insurance Company. The monthly premium for the Sentry Plan starts at US$53.00 for an unmarried student of age 24 and under. The monthly premium increases according to the student’s age, marital status and dependent children. The student should contact the Office of Student Life at Myers University for further information. The medical insurance premium must cover a minimum of the following:

U.S. $50,000.00 per illness or accident
U.S. $500.00 maximum deductible
U.S. $10,000.00 for medical evacuation to home country
U.S. $7,500.00 for repatriation in the event of death

 



 

 

 

 

 

Admission to Myers University does not assure access to all of the University's academic programs. Some academic programs have entrance requirements different from the University's admission requirements. Potential students should consult with the admissions staff or the academic program director concerning special entrance requirements.
