INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE ADMISSIONS:
1) Complete international graduate admissions application by downloading
the application http://www.myers.edu/mba/mbaapp/mbaapp.html, completing
all fields and submit by fax at 216-361-9274 or by mail or courier.
2) Application fee for graduate programs: Submit a check or money order
for $50 in U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank and payable to Myers
University. Credit card (visa or master card) payment can be made over
the phone
to Myers University Business Office at (216) 361-2754.
3) Original or certified copies of all official
academic records in
original language of issue and in English translation.
4) Original or certified copies of all official
certificates or diplomas in original language of issue and in English translation.
5) Certification of financial support in the form of bank statement.
6) English proficiency score in either TOEFL (Test of English as a
Foreign Language) or IELTS (International English Language Testing
System).
7) A copy of passport.
8) Essay Requirement: In approximately 700 to 900
words, discuss the reasons you wish to pursue a graduate business degree
at Myers University. You must address the following issues in your
essay:

Why you believe you are prepared academically for graduate study and
what have been your academic accomplishments.
•
Your motivation and leadership qualities as well as your previous business
experience.
•
Your expectations of the graduate program and what you hope to gain
from the graduate coursework.
•
Your short-term and long-term goals and how a graduate degree will
help you complement and achieve those goals.
•
Add any other information you believe may be relevant in evaluating
your application.

10) Two letters of recommendation from persons with knowledge of the
applicant’s potential for success in a rigorous MBA program.
Students seeking admittance into the graduate program (MBA or MMG) are
required to have a baccalaureate degree in a functional area of business.
Our programs are short in duration (30 credits) and therefore assume background
knowledge of business fundamentals.
To provide master-level business education to students who do not possess
a bachelor’s (BS) degree in business related field, the following
steps must be taken. Graduate Office admittance procedures must be followed
with complete documentation. This includes 2 letters of recommendations,
resume, Essay, all transcripts, applications and any fees associated with
the application.
If the decision is to accept a non-business student, the student will be
accepted into the graduate program with completing four to five prerequisites
courses are: AC 201, EC 201, FN 211, MG 200 and MK 201. MMG students are
required to take three undergraduate bridge courses MG 200, AC
201 and EC 201.
