Refunds

Refunds - Repayments - Disbursements

Refunds involve the return of unearned funds originally credited to your account to cover institutional costs. Institutional Costs are tuition charges and book vouchers. (Generally Institutional Costs include only those costs that are required for a student's educational study.)

Repayments involve the return of unearned funds paid in cash directly to the student to cover non-institutional costs. Non-Institutional Costs are all other costs incurred by the student during their educational study. Examples would be living expenses, transportation expenses, etc.

Disbursements involve the payment of earned funds paid by check directly to the student to cover non-institutional costs.
