Work Programs

Federal Work-Study
This program provides both on- and off-campus jobs for eligible undergraduate students. Federal Work-Study is based on financial need (according to the standard federal formula) and is jointly subsidized by the college and the federal government. Students wishing to be considered for federal work-study funds should request this consideration on the reverse side of the Institutional Application for Financial Aid. Please note, these funds are limited and we encourage early application for full consideration. Work-study awards are part of a student’s financial aid package. Students are paid funds twice monthly based upon hours worked in the relevant pay period. If a student wishes these funds to be applied directly to his/her outstanding account balance the student must contact the Business Office.

Part-Time Employment
The University provides a placement service to assist students in obtaining part-time employment. Students should contact the Career Resource Center.
