Jon
Eggleton 
Jon
holds a Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Telecommunications
from Ohio University, as well as an MBA from Cleveland
State University with a concentration in Marketing.
He is currently the Director of Online Marketing
for AG Interactive (an American Greetings Company).
A Cleveland native, he formerly held the post of
Senior Marketing Manager for the online division
of St. Petersburg, FL-based Home Shopping Network,
responsible for managing online media and partnership
marketing initiatives. He previously helped launch
an online affiliate program for OfficeMax.com,
and later held a similar marketing post with the
online division of mall retailer Things Remembered.
Jon has been a frequent speaker at various industry
events related to online marketing, and has been
an adjunct instructor with Myers University since
2001.
Jerry
Hite
Mr.
Hite is Vice president and international sales
and product manager.
After a decorated five-year tour as a US Navy officer (Nuclear
Weapons Specialist), he entered the business world as sales
engineer for
Ingersoll–Rand Corporation, working his way to top salesman
of 150 in
three years by obtaining the single largest order the assembly
group had
ever received. Obtaining an MBA at night from Youngstown University,
he entered Marketing as a automotive specialist for the distribution
section of the
Mead Corporation, developing successful sales programs for
the industrial
paper and packaging sales in the vast NE Ohio automotive market. Jerry
brings over 30 years of sales, sales management, product management,
consulting, entrepreneurship and worldwide marketing
experience to our
team. His experience
has included bringing start-up products to market
as well as being a principle in start-up organizations. Jerry
has been
responsible for setting up international distribution and domestic
sales organizations. Jerry met these challenges using on-site
and on-line
training seminars utilizing the latest in technical equipment.
Edwin
Kelly, JD.
A
product of the Cleveland Public Schools, Edwin
holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio
University, an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College,
and a Juris Doctor degree from the Marshall School
of Law, Cleveland State University. He has
taught at the college
level since 1980 and is a tenured faculty member at Myers University
in Cleveland, Ohio. He has received an outstanding educator
award from the Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education.
He has traveled and lectured abroad and has attended by invitation
the prestigious Oxford Round Table, an international “think
tank” at the University of Oxford, England.
His
career also includes experience with the State
of Ohio and with
the nationally ranked civil rights law firm, Hardiman, Buchanan, &
Trivers Company. It also includes over ten years in the
marketing
and sales department of General Motors Corporation.
Edwin
is licensed to practice law before all Ohio Courts
and Agencies
and before the United States Federal District Court. He
is also licensed
to practice before the United States Supreme Court in Washington,
D.C.
His
civic interests include current membership in the
Cleveland and
Ohio State Bar Associations. He is also a member of the
Omega Psi
Phi Fraternity, Inc. and a former member of the Sales and
Marketing Executives of Cleveland.
Edwin
is a past club champion of the Match Limited Golf
Club and
has been runner up at the annual tournament event several times.
When he is not golfing, he enjoys stamp collecting and basketball,
his hobbies since he was eight years old.
His
favorite claim to fame is that he has two daughters
(both college graduates) and that he is happily married to
his
sweetheart and soul mate, Cynthia.
Fred
Naddle
Fred's
professional experience encompasses 38 years in
the highly competitive field of major store retailing
in New York, Miami, Indianapolis, and Cleveland.
In Cleveland, Mr. Naddle was the corporate buyer
of men’s wear for May Company Department Stores,
The Higbee Company, and Dillards.
His area of expertise encompasses all areas of retail marketing,
including analysis of consumer trends, financial planning,
buying and selling, sales training, sales promotion, and advertising.
Adapting his professional experience to Myers University academics,
he teaches Principles of Marketing, Professional Selling, and
Retail Merchandising.
Due to his interest in promoting academic achievement, Mr.
Naddle serves as faculty advisor to the Myers University Delta
Honor Society. The Honor Society recognizes student commitment
to excellence in academics. Fred has a Bachelor of Business
Administration from the City College of New York with advanced
studies from New York University School of Retailing.
Mr. Naddle is a native of New York.
Joyce Persaud
Ms
Persaud is a manager of Marketing and Public Relations
at Huron Road Hospital/Cleveland Clinic Health
System. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration
and a B.A. Communications. Joyce
has over 13 years experience in healthcare
marketing, public relations and community relations. Current
responsibilities include image and product line
marketing, mass media planning and execution, crisis
communication and public relations, employee/customer
service initiatives and community relations.
Mike Schickedanz
Mike
is a Managing Principal of MidWest Group,
a Cleveland based management consulting organization. Mike
has over 30 years industry and consulting experience
specializing in all aspects of sales and marketing
operations, including strategic planning, customer
relationship management, customer service, new
product development and sales force effectiveness.
Mike holds a BSBA from the University of Missouri
and an MBA from St. Louis University.
Eric R. Snyder
Eric
holds a MBA, Harvard Business School, Boston and
a BS, Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland,
Ohio. He is a Marketing Product Manager, with 10
years, Business-to-business marketing of industrial,
commercial and retail welding equipment. Responsibilities
include product line business plan, customer research
to define new products, promotion of existing products,
and product line rationalization.
Patricia
R. Todd
Patricia
R. Todd is the Global Business Manager for Lubrizol,
Specialty Products
Her
responsibilities include developing and implementing
all phases of the strategic marketing and business
plan for the segment of specialty products consisting
of performance additives for the lubricating grease
industry. She is responsible for worldwide profit
and loss and leading the entire new business, new
product development cycle from initial concept
and management approval through full scale roll-out. Ms.
Todd is completing her DBA in Marketing at CSU
and has been teaching at Myers University for several
years.
