| The Electric Blackboard enables users to save notes for a particular course. The user can write notes, save them, and return later to add to and review them. |

Open a course site. |

Click Tools on the Course menu. |

3. |
Select the Electric Blackboard link. |
| |
4. |
Type the note in the text box |
| |
5. |
Click the Submit button when finished, otherwise click Cancel to quit. |

A notification of the changes will appear. Click OK to return to the Electric Blackboard. |
