Bookmarking a Page is the fastest way to save a webpage for later reference without having to download it. All you have to do is:

Click into "Favorites" in your main toolbar in your Internet Explorer application.

Click "Add to Favorites." It will then ask you what you want to name it. A default name is already given, but you can rename it.

Click "OK" and it will appear within your "Favorites" drop down dialog.

Or you can click "Create in>>" where it will allow you to create a new folder or save it into a folder that already exists.
