Slow downloads and browsing is caused by a poor connection to the world wide web. It could be a connection from your internet service provider (ISP) to the world wide web, or your connection to your ISP. If you are taking an online course, please use a cable solution (Comcast, SBC, etc.) or DSL to avoid many Blackboard issues.
