HOW CAN I APPLY FOR ADMISSION AND FINANCIAL AID?

Students who wish to pursue a degree or a certificate should complete an Application for Admission and make arrangements to forward official high school transcripts, ACT or SAT scores, and official transcripts from any previous colleges attended. Applicants who have not taken the ACT or SAT test may be required to take a College placement test.

Admission to Myers University does not guarantee admission to the paralegal education program. Degree candidates without previous college work will be admitted into the paralegal curriculum if they have a composite score of 18 or better on the ACT. Otherwise, freshmen must complete 24 semester hours of college course work with a 2.0 average before enrolling in the paralegal curriculum. All applicants must interview with the Director of Paralegal, Mr. Anthony Piazza, prior to admission. Mr. Piazza may be contacted at 216-432-8968 or apiazza@myers.edu.

A non-refundable fee of $25 should be returned with the Application for Admission. Admissions decisions are made on a "rolling" basis for subsequent semesters. Access to all academic programs is subject to review by the Office of Admissions. For more information concerning admissions contact the Office of Admissions at (216) 432-8992 or
1-877-DNMYERS.

Students who wish to apply for federal and state financial aid should complete current applications. The College also participates in many loan programs and administers private funds in College scholarships and award programs. As a private accredited Ohio college, Myers University awards the Ohio Student Choice Grant to new students who qualify for this non-need based tuition benefit. For more information concerning financial aid, contact the Office of Financial Assistance at (216) 361-2741.
